MFG has contacted me repeatedly the last few years regarding an account I have disputed since day one
I have sent divorce and change of address papers to the original owner (ABC Financial representing All-American Fitness) on several occassions, however, I was still sent to collections after disputing the contract
MFG's representatives have simply referred me back to the original creditor, who has since restructured
I obtained my credit reports and saw this collection on them I disputed with all credit agencies requesting validation and the only thing that Millennium sent was a letter stating they were reporting valid That is not validation I had requested my signature proving the debt was mine The collection is for $ I started disputing/requesting information in April
Was contacted by a rude individual, Tommy *** regarding a debt this company purchased that was charged off by the original lender and is outside of the statute of limitationsHe threatened to keep calling even though I told him I wasn't payingI am reporting this pond sm to the Consumer Protection Dept.and my state Attorney General
Hello Revdex.com, I had a debt from that was recently dropped from my credit report in 2015; because the debt was over seven years old and now millennium is sending me letters to pay; this process is illegal and they should be caught I am on disability and trying to get my finances together; I called in and disputed the information and told them it was to old and they should not have even tried collecting on this she stated she would put the debt down as disputed, please look into their practices; some of us are having hard of enough time as it is and for them to be trying to collect onto something old and then trying to place it back to the credit bureaus is sad
