Ebling Contracting received a complaint from a customer wanting a refund on her down-paymentThat would not have been a concernI remember answering the incoming phone call and tried to reference the name on my list and didn't have a matchI passed it over to my project manager and he did not have a match to the name givenSo he check with the sales force and no matchFinally it was discovered that the last name was different than the name given on the siand she was refunded the $down-payment.The customer was offered compensation for the frustration of the names used on the accountShe declined and wanted to file the complaint anywayWe understand we won't be able to satisfy everyone due to personalities or the sheer number of people we deal withWe will continue to strive to do so, as our company in recognized for superior customer service.Thank you for all of those involved for understanding the situation at hand and understanding my limited involvement in my business at this adjustment period in my lifeWe will continue to serve our customers with their interest before oursWhich as always brought us more opportunities.Sincerely,*** ***
