I am making the following statement on behalf of my restaurant and my staff:

- Customer ordered as statedWe prepared and delivered as requested
- Customer was unhappy with the preparation and/or cooking of her order and phoned back stating such
- Customer had order replaced with same(due to half price Mondays we ran out of trademark party pizza dough and replaced with standard two inch pizzas)This was not prepared and/or cooked to the customers satisfaction again
- We offered to refund the purchase price in full and that she could keep the orderWe were really busy at the time and would provide the refund at her earliest convenienceShe accepted
- *** dropped by our restaurant and completed the refund on her behalfEnd of consumer complaint or so we thought
We received documentation from your office, have a conversation, receive an extension, and now I replyThere is no dispute here*** Approximately 99% of our customers have no problems or resolved problems with our product and serviceWe thought her problems were resolved also, and they were.***

They did send me more pizza, but instead if the party pizza size they sent me two 12" pies, giving me less food for the same priceWhen I called about that, *** responded that she could have cut the pieces smaller (went from pieces to eight)***

My order WAS NOT prepared correctly the first time OR the second time and that is why I was refunded*** told me that thu should have sent me two inch pizzas and one 12" garlic fingera to replace the party pizza that I ordered initially because they ran out of those size dough
