On 5/31/I signed a contract to have Creative Finishing Services refinish the outside of my home in Pinetop, Az. The contract (signed by David L*** included the cost of the work as well as warranty for years. I did not contract with the material manufacturer, my contract was
with Creative Finishing Services for labor and whatever finishing material they recommended. The warranty did not stipulate that any maintenance be performed. But I still purchased and applied the recommended "Log Wash". I have the receipts to prove the purchases. The log wash has been used twice per year since 2010. I am not sure MrLandis knows who I am. I have spoken with him once in the past years to discuss the warranty matter, I have not done any repair work on my house regarding this problem(he must have looked at someone else's house and my daughter is married to a pharmaceutical rep! In spite of the year unconditional warranty, I have offered twice to supply the material if CFS would prepare and apply Perma-Ck material, they have refused to do anythingApparently MrL*** and Creative Finishing Services are not the upstanding, trustworthy company they hold themselves out to be. This problem seems to headed to the court system

Again Mr*** *s sadly mistaken. I have spoken to him and emailed him repeatedly over the years. I do have the messages and responses and I verbally responded and explained to him that certain areas have to be restained and maintained due to weather, sun, rain and smow. He was offered a year labor warranty and a year product warranty from Perma Ck Systems. He chose not to contact me until waay after his year warranty had ended. He recieved his product warranty information from Perma Ck who has already dealt with him on this matter and rejected his claim due to improper ongoing maintenance. I am not going to accept blame when he refused to let me perform professional maintenance on his home over the past few years after finishing his home. To date, he is the only customer that has continually refused to allow me to properly maintain his home. After years of no professional maintenance the effects of mother nature will definitely take its toll.
The Revdex.coml is well aware of the year labor warranty as required by the state of Arizona. This case is considered closed. I am finished with both this customer and his problem due to his continued neglect.
Washing down the home times yearly is only part of the maintenance program. I go over the houses in detail to detect if and where any failures are occuring and deal with them as they do occur due to the continued battering from weather conditions. It is extremely important to have a professional upkeep the maintenance on a finish to a home on a regular basis. As stated before, I do offer that maintenance program to all of my customersTo date, all of my customers do take advantage of my services on a regular maintenance scheduleI will not take responsibility for the continued shortcomings of a customer who intentionally disregards my advise over and over.
