Review: After carpet/vinyl was installed, company refused to put home items back the way they were before work was done, example: doors would not open or close over the new flooring, company wanted $20 per door to make them fit/clear; Kitchen stove was not put back; shock absorbers under washaer/dryer were left on bathroom cabinet; there were bubbles under the vinyl in the dining area; the contact person asked if black & white vinyl would be acceptable, I replied yes;however, the vinyl used was a beige kitchen looking vinyl that I deemed inappropriate for dining/foyer use...the company spokesperson (who was NOT the person I originally spoke with) informed me that "in that price range, black & white was not available,"and then told me that "he had not installed black & white vinyl in 15 years." All in all, this has been a horrendous experience and I don't feel that the commitment to me was honored. I have the bill and have every intention of paying the bill; however, I want, at least, the items returned to their before installation condition.Desired Settlement: My realtor and I put the kitchen range back where it belonged; however, I want the doors to open and close and I want the shock absorbers placed back beneath the washer and dryer.
