Creative Frontiers Elementary & Preschool

Review: On July 14, 2011 I had enrolled my child at Creative Frontiers School in Citrus Heights, CA. I had paid tuition for the remainder of summer camp and a full year of tuition for Kindergarten. My son attended school on July 15, 2011 (first day was free) and on July 18, 2011 Creative Frontiers was raided by the Citrus Heights Police Department. My son only attended one day of school which was free. On July 19, 2011 Creative Frontiers was shut down and closed indefinitely. The reason for the school closure was the alleged charges of child molestation by [redacted], principal and owner of Creative Frontiers. I tried contacting the office several times to have my tuition reimbursed but never received an answer. The amount owed is $8995.00Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a full refund of the tuition I had paid in the amount of $8995.00.
