I am rejecting this response because:I do not want a different color of counter tops. I want counter tops that match and that are good quality. When Liz said that all my counters would be replaced she expressed concern with availability of the same color of counter top in my home, I told her if it would be easier I wouldn't mind a different color. This is in no way about the color of my counter tops. It is all about the quality of my counter tops. I have agreed to have them do the work that they told me they would do. They originally said they would replace my counter tops and now they are backing out of that then they said they would replace the edge of the counter top. I turn their technician away because he was sent to do different things then they told me he was going to do. All I am asking for is for them to do what they said and do it with good craftsmanship.
