This company provided horrible services, cracked quartz, poor installation, mix match product was installed when I purchased enough for the job or
I contracted this company and I was told the job would be done in 3 days. I was asked to make the deposit of 1/2 of the cost before he would start the job. I told him that I did not want a seam in the middle of my sink because I hate the look of that. He told me that he would not be responsible if it cracks and that I would cost more. I told him that I would let him know once I speak to my husband. The same day I called his daughter in the evening to pay her the deposit and I told her to let her father know that we wanted to go without the seam; she phoned her father and he informed her that he had already cut my kitchen and the seam was there. The daughter was the interpreter until she told me she would not be in the middle of this any longer that she could not help me get through to her father and that he hung up the phone on her and told her not to call him anymore about this. I moved forward with him because he had me over a barrel with having my product, deposit and the stone was already cut. The installation took several weeks and he did it in 4 installs a total of about a 2 month time frame and it is still not complete. He held up the job and I tried to explain this to him but he has a hot headed temper and now he only wants to talk to my husband which is sexist to me when I have been the person to contact him mainly and pay him. He left the job in a poor state and I will obtain additional pictures. He hides behind he does not speak English, he stood me up 8 times having me to wait all day for him to never show up or call. I have 4 different patterns that he has given to me to complete the kitchen. This is totally unacceptable and he is a very vocal excitable person the type you can not get a word in. My husband has tried to call him and text and there has been no reply.

Company sales contractor, Willy, was very unprofessional. Seems like he was doing a bad side job, since 12/31/2019 to 02/16/2020 sloppy and undone!
Paid this company to start having my kitchen remodel and it's been a nightmare, the guy promised a lot until he got the down payment check. I had to call me and text numerous time to have an answer and there was always an excuse! The job was in sarasota and the guy was always in Tampa and unable unresponsive.
Paid him for demo and I had to do it myself, after weeks he finally sent two sloppy guys to assemble cheap cabinets on my garage and installed them all crooked!
I have cabinets with gaps and a bunch of fill-ings covering gaps due to his wrong measuring.
Cabinet hardware is unaligned, sagging doors, some cabinets have only one screw holding them.
I had to relocate a button cabinet myself because I couldn't fit the stove.
I had to do the cleanup myself.
I paid him to haul away old cabinets and I had to do it myself. Then promised me a counter top for cheap and never showed up to even measure it ! You name it. Like I said, it looks like the guy was doing a dirty side job and I would did behind the company's back, but the check was endorsed by creative granite solutions, so they knew.
Willy drives a white Ford -150 with off-road tires, he's from Uruguay about 6'5" tall. Don't deal with him. Very bad practices and close to and scam!!
