especially due to Audi's high standardsWe contacted the Audi dealer who did the inspection and it was not leakingWe want a work order from another dealer before we will proceed.***

The offer to discount my alignment is absolutely ridiculous. It would still cost more with there discount than to go to a professional mechanic and get it done. The responsible dealership that sold me this lemon wants to charge me 199.00. Accurate alignment in west allis who my family has gone to for years will do a better job for 65.00. Confirmed. In addition why haven't the important car faults been addressed by the dealership. The severe turbo lag makes it a dangerous vehicle to drive. Further, the extremely poor suspension have caused me severe neck and back pain. I have written and asked for help to solve these issues for two years. Volkswagen has no concern for customer satisfaction or the customers health for that matter
