Creative Hands Memorials

Creative Hands Memorials produced a substandard Headstone and it is not at all what was agreed upon per the contract. Reimbursement is warranted. After meeting with Mr. [redacted], on December 9, 2014 he was given a down payment by check of $1000 on a Headstone for my deceased mother. The balance of $1413 would be paid upon completion. He presented a sample of the stone to me through text that was clear, precise and worthy of the amount of money I was paying for the stone. The stone agreed upon was black upright, 24x36x6-Die, 36x12x6-base, a heading of [redacted], scripture at the bottom with a picture. The contract stated 6 to 8 week but I waited months, on April 20, 2015 he produced a stone that had poor quality. It was grainy, not black and not able to see a clear picture of my mother. He wanted me to take it but I would not. He said that he would send that one back and get the [redacted] but he needed the balance because he did not have the money to do so. Yes, I paid the balance of $1413, by check. I talked to him a few times he said he was working on it and would get it to me asap. Soon after he stopped answering his calls and e-mails. I have continually called and e-mailed him time and time again. I called him from another number on January 7, 2016 he answered. He said that he was in the middle of probate issues and would get back with me later that day. He called me back and said that he would resolve the issue and led me to believe he would reimburse me. Since then he has not responded to my calls.Desired SettlementI am seeking the resolution of reimbursement of $2413. I would like your assistance in contacting the proprietor, [redacted] of Creative Hands Memorials and request that he would resolve this matter. I want to be reimbursed but preventing this from happening to others is important to me as well. .

I placed an order for a headstone for My husband about 2 Years ago I paid $650.00 down, and was informed to pay the rest after completion I Placed an order for a headstone for My husband I was informed that I needed to pay half of the amount which was $650.00 until he completed the work, but everytime I call I get an anwering machine. I Really hurt because I trusted him with My money all I want is a headstone for MY husband or a My down payment so I can go some were else.Desired SettlementI want My down payment back or a headstone completed.
