On April 21st, 2016, we signed a contract for stamped concrete with Mr. [redacted], which stated "any color, any design, any stamp" and "bullnosing" on the steps. This project was to be complete by late May, early June. We wanted a curvy shaped patio & ended up with a square rounded corners. Mr. [redacted] only had 2 stamps available. Our choice, the [redacted] stamp would have to be ordered at a cost $5000 and a 2-3 week delay. We could only have 2 color choices; beige with brown or beige with charcoal. We expected the steps to be "bullnosed" but instead they were squared. There are already chips in the step edges. We feel had Mr. [redacted] properly assigned more time to meet with us & discuss what he was "able to do", than we could have had the design, stamp & color that we envisioned. Due to this and other concerns that came up during the project with no true compromise from Mr. [redacted], we do not recommend Creative Hardscapes for stamped concrete projects.
