I am rejecting this response because the contractor is offering no resolution to the complaint. Given the reviews that are posted online, this is not a surprise to me. Furthermore, the response is a complete fabrication.1) The job was not for a qty of 5 100' retaining walls. This is clearly stated in the in contract that was provided to the Revdex.com. To further this point, they only constructed 3 of them and I have the pictures to prove it and they are not 100' long!2) There were not several changes throughout the process. There was one change made and that was the addition of a 40' wall that was 2.5' to 3' max in height of which I PAID for the change!! Again a complete fabrication as to the real situation.3) The wall addition took less than 3 days to complete over 2 months! The addition was discussed on August 8th. I made the mistake of paying the contractor in full and therefore, getting him to return the job site to compete the job has been futile. 4) None of the grading was completed. Again, pictures to prove!5) The additional items agreed upon during the "selling" phase to get me to sign were not completed either. He did not put these in the contract as I was told his word was golden. They would take care of it.6) A clean up crew was not sent to the jobsite. I have the pictures to prove that a clean up crew was not sent. Final payment was collected well before the filing of this complaint and before the job has been completed. As you will see based on his response he has used this same response to other complaints online...clearly an ongoing problem.Nothing in this response carries any weight of truth. I have factual and pictorial proof to substantiate my claims. I have since hired another professional to help complete the project. At this point, I will only accept payment for the amount of time and money I have had to spend out of my pocket to complete the project.
