Purchased Software from Office Depot/Max with rebate attached. Completed rebate form completely and correctly. Received notice that rebate was received and had link that showed all was correct and to wait 10 weeks for rebate. After 10 weeks went to link and now it shows UPC was not included (it was) and to e-mail or FAX the UPC code. I sent e-mail that was returned as unbelievable and FAX number is always busy. I would like to receive the $10.00 rebate that was advertised.
Please see attached files with rebate downloaded and rebate form completed before mailing to Creative Home. Their e-mails are being returned deliverable.
