I received your letter regarding the complaint against our company The complainant contact our company on several occasions, each time I personally spoke with him My office was not notified that there was a claim for a least 2-weeks after the occurrence due to our insured attempting to resolve the issue Unfortunately, the claimant refused to allow any work to be done in his unit and told the workers they had to leave Once our office received the notification of the claim it was turned over to the Insurance Company for handling Not once did the claimant not receive a return call or speak with me directly at the time of the call, that account is inaccurate and untruthful The last time I spoke with the claimant he thanked me for my help in getting this taken care of so I was surprised when I received your letter on Oct 10th
