Kettering Glass installed a frameless shower door and half glass wall in my master bathroom in early They did an outstanding job and they still look great! Immediately after the installation I noticed "marks" on the glass that only appeared when the shower water was running and steam had built up on the glass The marks looked like suction cup marks This made sense to me, since large, heavy pieces of glass are typically carried/installed using suction cup handles I contacted Kettering Glass simply to ask if there was anything I could try/use on the glass to address these marks They offered to take a look at the glass to be sure there was no defect No defect was found and they gave me a large, full can of glass cleaner that they use and recommend I happily accepted their offer and now the marks are no longer an issue The glass cleaner may have helped address the problem, I'm not sure But over time, the marks disappeared I'm very happy with the product and the customer service provided to me by Kettering Glass!
