Simply getting in touch with the manager is near impossible and not available to return messages or calls. One staff member over the phone had zero knowledge about the manager or owners whereabouts also was giving me false info saying Julis is not there ***! I spoke with another employee that differently said Julia is here in office but not available... so I set up an appointment whe I arrived I was treated by an employee named Rahmen and she was rude and felt like she was lieing to me... They did not give me the walk through nor 10 minutes of time for my questionnaire. I tried to set up another appointment and the door basically slammed in my face and was told to pls leave...

We would like to respond to the complaint ID #***.
We believe the recollection of events is misrepresented in ***’s account listed on the Revdex.com. We have email threads and conversations between the manager and ***. In trying to gather more information from ***, she became very confrontational and vague. As we are a child care center, security and safety of our children in care and staff is our utmost priority. No unauthorized visitors are to enter the building without a scheduled meeting. The scheduled meeting *** is referring to, was not confirmed, in fact we responded saying we were available at that time and we attempted to reschedule. She showed up at that time unannounced as she did not respond to the emails sent to her about rescheduling. As we are bound by licencing requirements to meet ratio, we need to have any visitors scheduled to ensure we are able to have a staff available to walk around and answer their questions. We became very uneasy when *** would not divulge the reason for her visit. In the email thread she mentions multiple times a “questionnaire”, but does not go into further detail about who the questionnaire is for and what the purpose of the questionnaire is.
Our Manager has attempted to contact *** multiple times but was never answered. The answering machine is full so you are unable to leave a message. After *** visit and aggressive email following her visit, our Head Office team made attempts to contact *** by phone and by email, to no response.
We feel this complaint is unjust and not a truthful account of the events nor our Organization.
