Company refused to order items I requested. Additionally, company refused to install items I was purchasing from them.On April 10, 2-13, I contacted Creative Kitchens for an estimate on replacing kitchen cabinet doors where the laminate was pulling away from the door (they were originally purchased from Creative Kitchens in 1996). Also inquired about some additional changes to the kitchen, i.e., refrigerator enclosure, mantle vent-a-hood and buffet area. [redacted] came to my home and did preliminary measurements and determined which cabinet doors needed replacing. Several quotes were requested using various options. Finally in June, **. [redacted] returned to my home along with designer [redacted] to take final measurements. At that point **. [redacted] determined they would be unable to enclose the refrigerator. Since this was one of the key elements of the kitchen update, I found a contractor that said they could enclose the refrigerator. My contractor suggested that I order all the items necessary to enclose the refrigerator area from Creative Kitchens while ordering the replacement cabinet doors so that the white color would have a better chance of matching. I sent Creative Kitchens a list of the items needed and requested a quote. On June 18, I received an email from **. [redacted] stating that **. [redacted] would order ONLY the replacement cabinet doors and would NOT install them. Further, he would order ALL new crown molding, but NOT just one stick as I had requested. They have a responsibility to order what I want from an active product line they offer to the public. **. [redacted] is out of line to decide what I can or cannot order.Desired SettlementI am requesting that this complaint be on file with Creative Kitchens so that other consumers are aware of their, less than stellar, business practices.
