I find it rather strange that creative would say "they just learned of...

this complaint"  I cannot believe they answered with that response after I had been haggling with them since I believe it was March 7th? when I first contacted them again and again and again. They wanted this and that  and this wasn't good enough so they wanted a better one and then!!! They just dropped it not another word from the customer support team. Now this is signed"Michele" not once did I get an email from a female . And anyone can sign whatever name they want in an email. Maybe if they had a phone number they could be reached would be helpful! BUT! the mailbox is always full, always.It was usually someone named Edward and one day he made me so mad I started calling him by the wrong name. I was breathing fire. I rarely ever return a product or ask for a warranty claim etc. just because I don't like the hassle they give you at some places. Like creative products of california. I am thoroughly convinced I would have never had gotten them to agree to replacement of this item and I Never would have even asked if I did not strongly believe it is made from faulty materials. I thank the Revdex.com for their help this is maybe the second time I have ever had to ask for their help. They are telling me  I  need to respond so I am. But the matter is not resolved until the replacement is in my hands. So I am not saying this case is resolved. I will respond hopefully again next week if and or when the replacement arrives.

Hello.  Thank you for alerting Creative to this concern.  Creative's customer service has been in further contact with the customer and I understand a satisfactory resolution has been offered to him.  I believe this matter is now successfully closed.
