I cannot begin to explain what a wonderful experience I had with Creative LandscapesI had the pleasure to work with the owner Josh MartieHis design was spot onHe put in everything I was looking for and he added his own creative thoughtsI had appointments with other landscape companies and Creative Landscapes is the only company that followed thru with a design I would highly recommend this companyNot only were they quick at returning my call to schedule me, everyone I dealt with was kindThank you for the design and I look forward to moving forward with this project next spring!

I was in need of some landscaping around a newly poured concrete pad and I called Creative Landscapes for a quote. I found out about Creative through a mutual friend that told me about how involved with the community that Creative is. They set me up an appointment to meet with a designer. I called 3 other company's and had no return phone calls. Creative was the only company that answered and actually showed up to the appointment. The designer happened to be the owner of the company Josh [redacted] . He was absolutely fantastic. He was on time and walked me through many ideas. I am not great at making decisions but with him my decisions were easy. I decided to go with his ideas and look forward to the work being completed! Best landscape company in the area. The owner Josh rocks!!! I highly highly recommend Creative Landscapes for all your landscaping needs!!!

I am dissatisfied with service and product issues On 04/14/I payed $2,to start the project On May 7, 2018, I called them since no work had been started The answer was that they would start mid JuneIt was finally started the end of June An estimate of 1/days to complete turned into almost {4] days I was informed to water the plantsAt this time, I paid them the final $2, Since I had a west coast commitment, I hired someone to water them I also had a friend check to make sure the watering was done in a timely manner It wasUpon returning the plants seemed to be in distress I returned on the 30th of July The next day I called Creative to come and look at these plants Jodi, the designer came out and agreed most of the plants should be replaced and some rock added Since I did not want dead plants all summer, we agreed they replace them in cooler weather, perhaps in September On August 20, 2018, I called Creative to remove all unhealt

I contracted with Creative Landscaping in August, to perform approximately $20,of landscaping in my yard I had a pond, numerous plants, trees, and a raised bed planter installed The work was completed to my satisfaction in March, and I fully paid for the workThe plants and trees were guaranteed for one year In April, I noticed that several of the plants and trees were dying or dead On two occasionsions, both on Saturdays I went to Creative Landscaping and informed the staff that I had several dead plants and asked that they be replaced On both occasions I was told that someone would call me during the following week (no decision makers worked on Saturday's) I never received a call After my unsuccessful attempts my wife went to the office during weekday work hours during May, 2017and talked to *** ***, the owner & person who we contracted with Mr*** came to our house in early June, 2017, took inventory of the dead plants, and assured my wi

I recently had a project done by Creative LandscapesThey did a wonderful job! I would high recommend MrMartie to come out and draw you the perfect designThey were very informative on care of the landscape and kept in touch with me throughout! I highly recommend their services!!!

We have contacted the client and clarified our replacement policy Per our contract, replacements are completed during weather conditions which allow plants the best opportunity to succeed (iespring or fall) Plant replacement list and walk through was completed with customer in summer
2017, and plants are on order and will be planted this fall (2017)

All of our sold projects we always give a approx. time frame of 4-6 weeks to install. We have a signed contract on October 16, 2014 which would still fall into this time frame. Since this time fram was given, we have experienced a 4 day...

rain span also snow. Our contract that was signed by the customer states that we are not responsible for loss or delays in the job caused by weather. Mr. [redacted] called and informed customer we would be out mid week of 11/17/2014 as noted on job file. Our office also confirmed a tentative day of Thursday, November 20 weather permitting to install. Unfortunately it snowed on 11/16/14 and as of 11/18/14 the snow is still on the ground and we have been unable to work and complete project prior to the [redacted]. Israel from the office also contacted this customer to inform of the delay on 11/17/2014. I am willing to still provide the service contracted but the threat of cancelling the project if not installed by 11/20/14 is unreasonable given the circumstances of the situation of the weather. I request at least an additional week to provide the services to be rendered before cancellation.

Delivery and installation of top soil was completed on Wednesday, November 26, 2014. Israel was very polite and professional in answering all of my questions and concerns relative to the work completed. Full payment was issued to Scott's Landscaping Service via check upon completion of today's work. We are very grateful and appreciative of Israel's efforts to resolve all questions and concerns. We are satisfied with the service that he provided.
