Review: I placed an order for some jerseys and hats that I had designed for my softball team through this company back on March [redacted]. My co-worker made me aware of this company, which her father runs. We had some face to face communication as well as some email communication. There was an error on the order form which I pointed out before paying for the order. The order total was $1,259 which I paid for in full when I submitted my order. I received the order several weeks later and was displeased with what I was given. Here are my issues with the order. The jersey's were not embroidered as I requested, they were screen printed and it was very badly done. They look incredibly cheap and tacky. The hats were the wrong color and had a logo that I did not submit on them. They decided to take a letter from the jersey and put it on the hat, yet they charged me to digitize the logo on the hat.I've spent the past few months trying to come to a resolution. They refuse to issue a refund because they were custom jerseys that I ordered. [redacted], the owner claims that he sent a note stating that this material could not be embroidered. He sent this to my co-worker who supposedly told me. She did not though and I was never sent such an email. The order form does not state that it will not be embroidered so I had not way of knowing that. I would have gone with another company if I knew this since this was the one thing I had to have on them. [redacted] agreed to get me the right hats at no cost. He has yet to do so even though I've talked to him several times. It's just a run around with no resolution, we've been going back and forth since April. He hasn't responded to me in the past four weeks. He refuses to budge on the jerseys and gives no options. They do not give refunds, however everything about this order was wrong and completely their fault.Desired Settlement: I would have liked replacement a few months ago but at this point my softball season is over and I do not like the quality of work or the terrible customer service. I would love a full refund or if you could get me some of it back that would be fantastic. I find it unacceptable that they would take weeks to respond to customers and ask for full payment upfront then delivery poor quality goods.

This customer is correct that he placed an order for softball uniforms on 3/**/2013. They were custom designed jerseys that he designed himself from one of my suppliers websites. He choose the color, design and material. He wanted his team name embroidered on the front. When I received the uniforms from my supplier and noticed that he had ordered micromesh, I informed him via email on the order specification form that we had to use thermofilm, that the jerseys could not be embroidered. This customer also signed a contract, that states that customer uniforms can not be returned. per the customer's request, I did remove the lettering from one of the uniforms and offered to remove them from all of the jerseys at no cost.

As for the hats, this issue has been resolved. Since we ordered the wrong ones a refund check has been issued.
