February 16, Responding to the original Consumer’s Complaint Case # [redacted] This complaint was originally filed on or about March of at which time we offered to correct any and all concerns with our workmanship according to our warrantyAt that time the customer did not relay any complaints to us other than the generatorThe generator warranty was honored by the manufacturer Cumming and a new one was installed the day that it was received from Cummings Creative Mobile apologize for any inconvenient and is more than willing at this time and in the future to correct any problems with our workmanship as stated in the warranty Sincerely Brian ***
