Review: The company acts as if they will actually help you look for apartments and set up viewings but all they do is send listings to your email and tell you not to mention the company to anyone and most of the listings are out dated or dont exist. They charge $120 non refundable fee for help you never receive. I have never spoke to anyone after thevday I signed up not even to ask if I had any luck. They just take people's hard earned money for crap. Copy of one of the emails: Hello. This is [redacted]. How are you? We contacted quite of few management companies and were informed that the following are available. PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTACTING ANY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES! Step: 1 Browse the entire information and contact one or more management companies. Step: Schedule an appointment for you to view one or more apartments. Always ask if they have anything else available. Step: Gather requirements i.e Bank statements, prior tax returns, prior pay stubs. If you work off the book, get a letter from your employer and or accountant. It is up to you to meet the requirements of management. The extent of our service is to contact multiple management companies on your behalf to inquire what they have available and update you with our findings. We play no role in any process of your application with any management companies. Also, please note we gather our information from various sources. It is not necessary that they will know who we are. If information we obtained are in error, omission, or inaccurate, please forward information to me. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: Our update of studios & 1 bedrooms are together in one email with the price range of $750-$1200 on average Our update of 2 & 3 bedrooms are together in one email with price range of typically $900-$1500+ on average The above price range is a preset range for everyone regardless of your own personal price range. We always seek lowest to highest. If we find anything less, you will be updated with the information to management. If you do not see anything you like, please await for the next update. We do not look into specific areas of interest. Rather whatever, pops up according to the price range (aforementioned) within the Borough(s) of your choice, we will update you with the information to Management. No need to email me if the price are a little to high upon receiving your update. We can not create them, we can only give you what management has. Again, we are always looking in management inventory lowest to highest. I.e Parkslope, Williamsburg, Clinton Hills, E Village, UWS, Midtown & etc. most likely will NOT be in your update, simply because they are considered to be prime locations. If you would like better neighborhoods, be prepared to spend more money on rent. On average, they start from $1300 on up. Please shoot me an email indicating that you would like luxury updates if you like luxury apartments. Other than that. What ever management has available within the price range aforementioned we will update you with information to management where you can apply directly to them. If you have bad/No credit and you need a co-signer, log in with your password and contact one or more companies that can co-sign for you. The extent of our service is to contact multiple property management companies on your behalf of the client and search their inventory to find the best rentals that closely match customer's profile within the pre-set price range of $750-$1300 for studios and $900-$1500+ for 2/3 bedrooms.. Upon finding one and more management companies we will attempt to set up an appointment directly with management (if possible), and/or forward all information about management and geographic, size and starting rent of what apartment(s) they have available. we will continue to do this until customer find a management that will rent to them or until the sixty days expires.

Since we cannot control the market, we can not guarantee apartment rentals, specific areas and price or quantity. we guarantee that we will contact multiple management companies and inquire what they have available and forward the same information to members to follow up. Aforementioned is in the terms and condition that all clients must read, agreed and signed in order to become a member
