Review: I purchased 4 Park Avenue triple pane windows from Creative Openings in 2011 with a lifetime warranty. Two of the rooms were for the kitchen and the other 2 were installed in the master bedroom. Last year I called them to let them know how much moisture was constantly on the two windows in the master bedroom. The person told me it was because of all the cold weather, even though I informed them how I was not having this moisture problem on any other windows in my home. They then informed me, how I may be having problems with my Aprilaire system and to contact my heating company. I contacted the heating company to come out and inspect my Aprilaire. They replaced the filter and checked everything over saying it was in good operating order. I continued to have moisture on extremely cold weather days. This winter, I am still having moisture issues with the 2 windows in the master bedroom, again I called Creative Opening to inform them of the problem. Again, they said it had to do with my Aprilaire system. I just got back to work from meeting with my heating person again, for which he says the Aprilaire is fine. He then went with me to the master bedroom to look at how much moisture was on the windows. He went with me from room to room, to verify how there is no moisture on any other windows in the house, but the two in the master bedroom. As soon as he walked over to the windows, he noticed mold on the lower part of the windows, and how it looked like there maybe two of the three panes were pushed together within the window.Desired Settlement: . I would appreciate for someone from Creative Openings to please come out and look at the windows, and replace them.

It isn't the window causing the problem. It's excess amount of moisture in that room that needs attention to. Windows don't cause condensation problems and I can't tell anyone how to live in their own home. Again the windows aren't the problem.

Review: I purchased a garden window that replaced a previous window that I had over ten years and never had the problems I am having with this new one. the window leaks every time ice thaws or rain. I was told by the salesman sitting at my kitchen table that I would not have any problems. a rep named eric has been out several times with minimal solutions to the problem. he did replace a strip of wood that was separating from the window because it had gotten so wet that mold was building up behind it. the widow holds moisture and mold. during a conversation with the president/ceo robert beaster he offered no solutions, not even a replacement somehow I was cut off and no return call was ever made by mr. beaster. They keep saying the problem is condensation but I do not have that problem with the rest of the windows in the houseDesired Settlement: I would like to not have to encounter the same problems again for the coming winter. I would like to have the window replaced with a flat window. If Mister [redacted] feels he should not replace the window then I will accept a full refund.

I'm sorry it took so long to respond, I was out of the country. We at Creative Openings Inc. have done everything we could do for this customer by his own emission. We have spent numerous time and energy to make them happy but to no prevail. It is an interior problem with their home that is causing the excess condensation problem resulting to having moisture on their window seat. Their is nothing wrong with the product since we have several garden windows installed without the trouble of just this one. I wish there was an alternative solutions but there is not.
