After completing my investigation what I found out was that they have been getting there orders 100% and the deal was this amount that [redacted] has a dispute about is a frtcharge and after looking up everything we don’t pay frt On their orders So the owner got involved himself here and stated if they did a $he would agree to give them a $credit which would have been half the amount of what the frt would be We are charged for what goods where shipped to his location but we were willing to split the amountSo, I guess what I am really confused about again is they get all their product they don’t have a problem with the product we ship them but because we won’t give them the complete Frt amount they want to contact the Revdex.comand complainKeep in mind they get a very Competitive cost now on Licensed goodsAll coca Cola products so to go the Revdex.com over a $credit for Frt that they are actually responsibility for is really something that is not Really fair to us and maybe I need to do a complaint on them that is that really fair business practiceAnywaysI haven’t even seen that $order yet so really is there a discussion here..??? We are willing to give them Credit for $on a $order and that is being very generous I guess that is what the agreement wasbut, I don’t understand why they think this is a Revdex.com issueDo they not like their product.??

always told my sales force, Customer service force, account deptI think you get where I am going that Without customers nobody gets paid around hereSo, I looked into it as I sure you wanted to know why would put it out there and then not have stockwell, it was a good Bad issue, we had stock and the minute they put it out thereThat day we sold out of all the goods, we had brought in the entire amount of sales we had sold the previous yearAnd never expected this great of a turnaroundWe do have a straight bench that I can offer you at half the price if you would like $plus $for frtso it would be a total of $75Complete out the doorwe do have in stock and can ship it to you ASAP!!! If you want I can send you a pictured of it or you can view in the catalog on our website as well so you can make a decision its very similar to the curve bench … I sincerely apologize either way this is not how we normally do business and I am not sure why you weren’t takin care of right away… I can’t make excuses for anyone else I can only go forward and try and fix this situation here today… Thank you for your patience if you let me know either way I will handle immediately ..And thank you.*** ***COO Creative Outdoor Distributor

We will issue the full refund to the customer today and will overnight the said check refund. Rest assured that the customer will be taken cared of in the best way we can.

We have given her a refund she should have rec that last night please check and we have her a free 6 seater straight bench (unit).. Not sure what else we can do for her to make this situation better. The refund had tried to go thru several times, not that this is an excuse [redacted] was having some issue we took the slack for their issues which is fine if we would of had the product none of this would of ever happened.. I guess if this isn't what she wanted tell us what would make her happy.. We followed thru with [redacted] last night her money was refunded and here is her tracking number on her 6 person straight bench FedEx#[redacted] she will have next Wed at her home. Sept 6th ...  I was offered a full refund which I have not received. The service [redacted] has sent me 2 notices stating that there was no funds from Creative Outdoors to send me. I notified my credit card agency on 8/28/17 and they are issuing me a refund and my credit card company is planning to go go after Creative Outdoors to get my refund. Also I was promised a free bench and never received the free bench.

Our complain was about the credit of $ $1,470.91 for defective products that was not refunded to us. It seems that they do not understand the issue. It is not about the freight charge because we pay the shipping cost when ordering. Since, they insist on giving us credit of $700 for $5000 order, we are willing to accept $750.00 credit and just refund (return) this amount on our credit card for the conclusion of this matter.
