Creative Paradise did two jobs for us. First was landscaping for the backyard and a month later a

BBQ island and placing concrete on the side of the house. Both jobs turned out above our expectations.

We were very happy with creative paradise. They were able to offer a lot of help in selecting trees and offering advice in what would look best in our yard. They were also very effiecient and were able to do the whole backyard in one day. They did a beautiful job and had great customer service.

Poor customer service (and rude in fax) after the job is done. After some time, 1-2 years, you find that substandard materials were used in your job and of course the warrantee is off and you are left with the problem.

[redacted] did an outstanding job in the design of our landscaping and was patient with us as it took more than a year for us to decide what we wanted and hire a company to provide the services. He went out of his way to find some plants that we could look at prior to making our decision and had very good communication throughout the entire process. The owner was at our home the morning of the installation and made himself available throughout the process and very clear that he expects us to call him with any future questions. The crew did a great job, but we had a couple of things following installation that needed corrected. The owner was responsive when we let him know and the crew was back the next day to complete the project. This was a positive experience from start to finish and I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Creative Paradise recently landscaped my front yard ---- it is absolutely beautiful. The entire process was flawless ... the landscape architect listened to what I wanted and was able to translate my vision into a design; the project was managed on time at the price quoted, the workers were efficient and considerate, management checked on the progress during the work and after completion to ensure I was happy with the result. I couldn't be more pleased !! My yard is living proof of the excellent work this company does.

Creative Paradise was a joy to work with from the initial phone query regarding services all the way through to the final installation. The landscape designer was flexible and prompt in scheduling appointments. He closely listened to our needs and designed a beautiful back yard for us! We needed to do the installation in stages and they were more than willing to work with us. The installation crew was professional, knowledgeable and did a first rate job! They had the staff and equipment needed to work quickly with minimal interruption to us. The paver work is extremely high quality and all plants are healthy and already growing! When they were done, they spent a great deal of time cleaning up both our front and back yards so that they were pristine! On top of all of this, their pricing is very reasonable. Given the excellent quality of product, workmanship and service, it is a great deal! We are proudly showing off our new backyard and recommending Creative Paradise to everyone in our community and family!

On 10/29/15 I had Creative Paradise come to my house and completely transform my back yard. They removed old Drainage and Filtration Fabric, put in new gravel, installed new SOD, built a boarder around the the grass, planted tree's, installed a new sprinkler system, and a new drip system.

They showed up on time at 7am. Lance the owner personally showed up to go over all the details. I had some last minute changes to the project and not once did I ever hear a "No, It's to late, or we can't do that". They we're very accommodating. They had the entire project done by 2:30pm the same day.

I can't say enough good things about this company and the quality of their work. Lance explained everything about the new drip and sprinkler system in great detail. If I ever need work done again I will be using this company again.

Creative Paradise did an awesome job on my yard. The landscape designer listened to what I wanted (which two other firms did not!) drew up the design, offered suggestions, met me at two separate rock locations to choose the bricks and stones, showed me other places they had designed, etc!! They completed the job on time (actually a day early!) and kept in touch after the it was completed to assure the water feature, etc. were working properly. Happy - definately!

We recently had a pool put in, and both our front and back yards needed the landscaping restored. We hired Creative Paradise because they had a reasonable price (and worked within our budget) for the amount of work we needed done – and they handled the entire process (sprinklers, drip, planting, grass, rock). They showed up on time, did everything they said they were going to do, completed both the front and back yards in one day, and cleaned everything up before they left. What more could you ask for? Also, the owner of the company was on-site for a good portion of the day, making sure everything was done properly. We are very pleased with our new landscaping, and we have already recommended Creative Paradise to friends!!

I learned of Creative Paradise from a neighbor. As time was short, I went with my neighbor's recommendation and hired Creative Paradise to do my landscape/sprinkler system/paving stone job. The pricing seemed reasonable and the workmanship was exceptional. The Creative Paradise designer could not have been more helpful and thorough - a very talented professional. This entire project was truly an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this company.

My husband and I contacted Creative Paradise after we started our own landscaping in our backyard and found that we had difficulty finishing it. One of their coordinator's came out and gave us a quote. She was very professional and helpful. We asked a lot of questions and felt comfortable with signing a contract. The day the crew came out to do the work, we were please with how it turned out, except for issues with the sprinkler system, which we felt should have been addressed per our discussion with the coordinator when she met with us. We had a bit of a hiccup with them over that, but in the end were very pleasantly surprised when Lance called me to tell me that he was sending a crew out that morning to fix it how we wanted it and we wouldn't be charged. I am a happy customer. Thank you so much creative paradise!!!!

Bad experience with this company. The initial process seemed very similar to other companies and we were lured in by a cash discount but when the day of the install came we noticed right away that their attention to details was lacking. We expressed our concerns but they were immediately brushed aside and we waited until the final product...Unfortunately we were disappointed with the synthetic grass, the mounding, a crooked driveway and several plants that died. Getting them to come out and do changes was difficult because they would not respond to texts. We finally got some of the changes done but only by having to suffer through criticism by [redacted] one of the owners. He yelled at my wife on the phone and accused her of being difficult. Not professional. I will post this for all to see and actively advertise against them due to our experience.

Creative Paradise just completed my yard and they did an excellent job! I was very impressed with the overall professionalism of our sales rep, who I would recommend to anyone. I did several quotes and they actually were the most reasonable for the job I wanted and would complete the job in a short time frame. Others told me that it would take up to six weeks because they only worked the weekends. Creative Paradise was able to begin in a reasonable time frame and completed the job very meticulously and quickly. They provided the design, walked you through the design before they started, and provided a play by play of the project. Overall, I was very impressed with the overall experience with Creative Paradise and extremely pleased with the outcome.

My experience with Creative Paradise was a positive one! They gave me an estimate and drew up a plan the same day. They also sent the computer aided drawing to my HOA for approval. My front yard landscaping was started and finished in 1 day!

I rarely write reviews for a business but I am for this company. I was introduced to their representative and landscape designer [redacted] by close friends. I am delighted to tell everyone it has been a delightful experience. Everything was explained in detail and the prices were reasonable and right out front. The work is beautiful. The crew led by [redacted], their supervisor was superb. After the work was finished the front of the house was cleaned and in order. This experience I am glad to share with everyone.

I am in absolute LOVE with our front yard. From start to finish, everyone was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I met with the landscape designer on multiple occasions to ensure our design was exactly how I wanted it. He made great suggestions, kept in close contact through the entire process and took the time to answer any questions that we had. I truly feel he went above and beyond to ensure a beautiful outcome.

The landscape supervisor arrived early on the first day of installation to ensure that what was designed on paper was reproduced in our yard. He was extremely patient with me as I made some adjustments to shapes and plant placement. He offered some great suggestions that added to the end result of our yard. He even took the time to walk me through the operation of the timers.

Our front yard landscaping project included pavers, granite, concrete, artificial turf, lighting, boulders, plants & trees. The crew did an AMAZING job!!! The turf is smooth, the pavers are uniform and the concrete driveway extension looks great.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Creative Paradise to anyone!

My name is [redacted] and I did business with this company in the past. My exprence was ok so I thought that I would use them again. Not a good idea. I needed a concrete patio pored, about 500 sq ft. I was given a quote about 1,700 or so. After the young man called in the quote I was told that the job was to small and if I wanted them to do it it would cost me 2,300. The young man recommended that I call another company that he said was license and bonded.

The next day I called the company they recommended and I wanted to pay by credit card check and the man asked my to write the check in my name and give him the cash. I then called creative paradise to report the problem with the owner/manager and they had the same creepy sales guy call me back. I tolled him what hapend and it was like he just did not want me to call back. I spent good money with this company and as a returning customer I thought they would be glad to have me back. This company only cares about the amount of money they can make off you not as a customer wanting to do business. I WII NEVER RECOMMEND OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Creative Paradise landscaping. They came to my house for multiple pre-consultations, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. They listened to my design ideas, added suggestions of their own, and ultimately designed a beautiful yard that receives frequent compliments from my neighbors and friends. They were courteous and professional at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to others.

Again I would like to HIGHLY recommend Creative Paradise, Inc. We used them again for more improvements to our yard and again they were EXCELLENT!!

We had our backyard patio extended and we found some pavers that we wanted and bought them and the staff at Creative Paradise installed them. They even went and got more when our calculations were off on how many pavers were needed. That is going above and beyond!

We also extended our drive way and again they were very competitively priced and the design team and the installation team were just wonderful. I cannot say enough about Creative Paradise, Inc. We even have their cards to pass on to our neighbors and friends who are in need of a professional and honest landscaping contractor.

Beautiful work. Miguel, the landscape architect, did wonders with both our front and back yards. Lance and his large crew completed a quality job in an efficient way; taking only 2 days as promised. The only recommendation I have for new customers is to thoroughly understand Creative Paradise's payment policies.
