I am rejecting this response because: this is the same exact excuse I have been getting from [redacted] the president of the company since may. he is not stating anything different from what he has being telling me for the past several months. he just repeating himself and showing no action at all and he does not contact me regularly if he did I would not have to make this complaint. but I appreciate the Revdex.com trying to help me but this does not look like it will ever be solved. thanks for your time.

Review: May 2014 I received a email from [redacted] stating I had money in a pension plan from a company I used to work for name [redacted] located on [redacted]. He state he is the president of the company and needed to close out my pension fund and issue me a check being that I do not work for [redacted] anymore. He asked for all my personal information social security number, date of birth, and signature on legal documents stating to release my money. The reason I believe this company was for real is [redacted] office manager [redacted] emailed me stating that peter will be handling my pension close out. As of today I have received no check and when peter does answers my email he states it's stuck in distribution. Yes stuck in distribution for 3 months, I think this company might be using my personal information for some other reason then issuing me a check. I reach out to [redacted] office manager of [redacted] and [redacted] with no response from them at all.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my check my next week or next month. And this company should be investigated
