I HAVE ATTACHED THE MESSAGE CONVERSATION BETWEEN MYSELF AND MY CLIENT. AS YOU CAN SEE I INITIATED THE ACTUAL MEETING TO GO OVER THE LAST MINUTE DETAILS FOR HER WEDDING ON MARCH 15 AT 8:46PM AND INCLUDED MY CELL NUMBER TO BE REACHED WITH. I WAS AT THE... STUDIO FRIDAY FROM NOON TILL A LITTLE AFTER 6PM. I THEN TOOK THE TRASH OUT AND WALKED DOWN THE STREET TO DEPOSIT AT THE BANK WHICH IS WITHIN SITE OF THE FRONT ENTRANCE OF THE FACILITY. I HAD MY CELL PHONE ON ME JUST IN CASE AND DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL FROM THE CLIENT. I THEN LEFT FOR THE EVENING. THE VERY NEXT DAY, I CONTACTED THE CLIENT TO RESCHEDULE AND ASKED IF SHE HAD FORGOTTEN THE APPOINTMENT. THE CLIENT THEN REPLIED THEY HAD DECIDED TO GO A DIFFERENT ROUTE. I RESPONDED TO HER CONCERNS AND APOLOGIZED FOR HER CONCERNS. WITH THIS REGARD, I HAVE NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT AGAINST ME OR MY PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO NOR MY EVENT CENTER. I HAVE NEVER MISSED OR CANCELLED A WEDDING FOR ANY REASON. I'M SORRY FOR HER CONCERNS AND WISHED SHE HAD CALLED TO VOICE THEM SO I COULD REASSURE MY DEDICATION NOT ONLY TO MY BUSINESS BUT TO HER AS A CLIENT. I CONFIRMED SHE INDEED DID NOT NEED ME FOR HER WEDDING THAT SATURDAY. SHE ASKED FOR HER NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT BACK AND I EXPLAINED SINCE I HAD NOT BROKE ANY PORTION OF THE CONTRACT AND SHE HAD DECLINED MY SERVICES, IT WAS NON REFUNDABLE. I WANT TO POINT OUT, IN MY MANY RESPONSES BELOW, I INDICATE TO SPECIFICALLY CALL MY CELL PHONE. ALSO, THE ANSWERING MACHINE AT THE STUDIO SPECIFICALLY SAY TO CALL THE CELL AS WELL ALING WITH THE CELL NUMBER.I REGRET THAT THE CLIENT IS UNHAPPY BUT WISH HER THE BEST. I've left messages and never got calls back and don't feel very confident that you would show upnext Saturday. If you could send the deposit back to [redacted] that would be great, if not I understand. I called both numbers and left messages. I never heard anything back. We sat on the steps of the place in town from5:55 to 6:15and no one was there. I didnt know what was going on so felt like we needed to go a different direction and found someone else. Id really appreciate if you could send the deposit. Thanks.Creative Photography by [redacted] Unfortunately, the deposit is a non refundable deposit - I do have a policy that if I can book something in your spot I will but it's really short notice. I was at the studio till a little after six then I left ..... I even drive back by about6:20after bank deposit and taking the trash out back. We felt forced to go with someone else since we left messages and never got calls back. I understand we signed a contract about the deposit but we held up our end of the deal. If she was there any normal business person would have called their client to see why they weren't there. She had both of my phone numbers on her contract. In my eyes she is a thief and probably does this to people to keep their "non refundable" deposit to make money. The answering machine at her studio does not say to call another number. It might now, if she changed it but it did not and I called every number she gave me. She knows she is wrong and I should have known she wouldn't be honest in regards to this complaint. Unfortunately, the deposit is a non refundable deposit - I do have a policy that if I can book something in your spot I will but it's really short notice. I was at the studio till a little after six then I left ..... I even drive back by about6:20after bank deposit and taking the trash out back. I wish I would of called but my4 pmwas a no show too??

I understand we signed a contract about the deposit but we held up our end of the deal. If you want to keep the deposit that's fine. I will work with the Revdex.com to get it back.
