I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and
have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***.
I did not speak with anyone nor did any adult in my home. Once again, after having to dig through caller id's, and call several numbers to possibly find out if they were the correct delivery centerI found the call number from the CP distribution center. I left a message and received an immediate response. I informed them that they had spoken with a child on that day and it wasn't ok to schedule with a child, and No April is not ok. They also did not receive this order short of a day when they called the houseI cannot have wooden logs hanging out in a yard full of year olds for a party, so they are delivering on April 13thI still have not heard from customer service to apologize for their careless delay of my order that has impacted our pocket on installation. Nothing...they simply communicate like the customer is the problemIt's just not good business

The customer service department at the corporate offers apology for the miscommunication The deliveries are handled through another office They last communicated to us that the delivery date was confirmed There will be no charge for delivery If you would like to email or speak to me direct my contact info is *** or ***
The monkey bars were fixed on Friday 9/6. We will issue a refund of $250.00.
The service center contacted the customer on 3/27/17. They spoke to a gentleman (did not get his name). They stated the delivery will be made on 4/6/17. Gentleman on the phone said that was fine.
