Review: The set up guys for creative playthings came. They were told they could pull up the our gate but they did not put boards under the truck. Once unpacked the truck did not move. Sal tried several times to change the planed lay out of the play area that was pre planned. He told us he didn't have enough material for the boarder. He took multiple private calls during the set up. Upon leaving he rushed and yanked the electrial cord out and pulled the outlet box away from the brick. The next day his people came to add the mulch. They were not told to pull onto the lawn. They did, they pulled onto our neighbors side. They crushed three sprinkler heads and further tore up the lawn. I called and spoke to [redacted] who was kind enougj to view the photos of the damage. She was very apologetic and said they would take care of the matter. It's been two weeks. I'm still trying to get the manager to call back and now sal is trying to say it's our fault because he was told the truck could be backed up. We were quoted $600.00 to repair the sprinklers and level and re seed the ground. I can forward the photos of the damage.Desired Settlement: I would like Creative Playthings to take responsibility for the actions of the people they send to coordinate the set. We spent over $10,000 and the $600.00 estimate for fixing this seems reasonsible. The worker should be told not to shift blame for damages onto the homeowner. - and neighbor. Also, the [redacted] should contact us as it's been about two weeks of us trying to reach him through emails. Of which his own employees acknowledge the damage

Review: The set as installed had at least five damaged areas. Was also installed too close to a tree. Product is under warranty but was defective as installed. It has been two months since installation. After numerous calls and emails, the Manager finally replaced one part but promised to return with other detective parts and never did. Over ten emails and calls to this location with no service.Desired Settlement: A complete repair, new installation, or refund of purchase price.

Review: We purchased a playset from Creative Playthings back in Dec. 2012 . It was paid in full before they delivered it and it took them 4 months to install the playset I called and emailed several times and no one returned my call or emails. So I called someone else higher up in the company and still no results so I told them if the playground was not complete by 05/31/2013 I was going to take them to court. So they finished playground.
