Creative Pools & Landscape

I would strongly recommend you NOT even consider Creative Pools and Landscape for any of your outdoor projects VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW UP!! No Warranty, though was told it would be warranted for a year after completion Eric gives a lot of lip service in the beginning to win the contract, but doesn't follow through and has very poor communication skills after you sign the contract If you should make the mistake of hiring this company, read every word in the contract!! Honestly, he may have answered one or two of my many calls and texts over the moperiod I was told to talk to John about it, who is a supervisor and not the owner Eric is the owner of the company, yet very little communication with him after the job started The only time he showed up to check on the job being done was in the beginning when he wanted to collect money Unfortunately, paid him too much up front and would never do that again! Not ethical and certainly doesn't care one bit about what's going on after he has paper in handAs with other complaints, job took way too long! End result is we have a cracked Firepit that we can't use, scratched grill lid, (already replaced once) concrete poured against the fence that will have to be removed at our expense per HOA rules and several other issues we're having to pay someone else to redo and repairIn the long run will cost us much more than we originally budgetedWith almost every contract in the state of CA, there is a hrrecession period and they started demo before that recession ended VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

My wife and I met with *** *** (owner) and discussed options for installing a pool at our residence After reviewing the model that *** presented us with *** stated that he needed a check for dollars in order to secure a dig date and for us to be able to receive one of their limited time offers of a salt system or a lion BBQ island This 1k would be deducted from the total project
At this point we had not been approved for a loan and *** stated that if we were not to be approved the 1K would be refunded to us in full This occurred on April where I gave *** a check for 1K and he cashed it the next day We were not approved for a loan and therefore zero work was done on this project
After working with two different loan companies and being declined I contacted *** through text on 4/18/at am and informed him that we would not be going through with the project due to not being approved for the loan and that I would like to know when I could pick up
