Company makes many unsolicited sales calls Has been asked many times over the years to please take our name off their calling list
When I finally was able to actually get a working phone number, the manager stated that I had to have the callers name in order to have our number removed I had given him some names of previous callers He said that he didn't recognize the names
We received a call, I got the name and called the manager again He didn't remember ever telling me that he needed the name By the end of the conversation he stated that he would talk to his supervisor and see about getting our name off their list
At that point I filed a Revdex.com complaint to be placed on file in case they call again

Your company keeps on calling my library even though I have told your company that I am not interested in your products and not to call me again
Ever since I have started working at the *** in June of 2015, I have been getting telemarketing calls from your company every week or two trying to sell me your products Each time they call, I say that I am not interested in your products and not to call me again, but they keep on calling me over and over again I want this to stop For example, I just got a call from your company tonight (January 26th) from the following number ***

Incessant solicitation despite numerous requests to cease and desist from contact
The sales reps will use any tactic they can find to circumvent protocol up do and including contacting the Executive Director of our library systemThis despite repeated requests to stop callingIt is impossible to call them because they do not have a manned phone lineApparently they don't like to have unwanted calls interrupting their day

This company will not stop calling us even though I have asked repeatedly to be put on a no-call list.I am the manager of a small retail office. I purchased from this company in Feb 2013 & was disappointed. I asked to be taken off the call list, but was called repeatedly anyway. Sept 25 (11:50 am) I spoke w/Supervisor [redacted] who said she would announce not to call us. November 5th we got another call. I again spoke with a supervisor (who talked over me) and asked not to be called. Today I got a call, talked to a woman who claimed to be the Vice President (who talked over me) and said she didn't remember ever talking to me. I told her I was contacting the Revdex.com. Desired SettlementI want them to stop calling my company. An apology would be nice, but mostly I just want them to stop calling.

Asked for artwork, to approve, prior to production. No artwork was sent and product was produced with incorrect company name. Order (CPSXXXXXXXX) was placed in May 2012 for bread ties (item #SARBCXXX-XXX). I requested artwork, to approve, prior to production to confirm that our company name was spelled correctly. I never received artwork and the product was produced with our name misspelled. I contacted the company, when I received the order in 2012, because I wanted to return the product. I spoke with a representative and was told that the artwork was approved, by me, and the product couldn't be returned. I requested a copy of a signed artwork approval and never received one; the representative told me that he would get back in touch with me. I have not used the product and they have been sitting in a box since I received them. I would like to return this order. Recently, our organization received notifcation that the debt/invoice had been sold to collections. I do not want to pay for a product that was incorrect and they we have not used. In January 2014, I contacted Creative Product Source to try to resolve this issue. I explained the situation to [redacted] (? last name) on 1/9/14 and was told she would need to speak with Administration on how to move forward. I never received a call back from [redacted] but called the company and spoke with [redacted] on 1/13/14 and explained the situation. She said she would talk with [redacted]. I received a voicemail from [redacted] on 1/13/14 that the order needed to be returned but we would need to absorb the cost. I called [redacted] for clarification - would we absorb the cost for shipping or the cost for the entire order? I did not receive a reply from her. I called on 2/19/14 and spoke with [redacted] and she told me she was going to call Administration to find out the next steps and she would call me back. I did not hear back from her and called again on 2/24/14. [redacted] escalated the issue to upper management. I received a call from [redacted] on 2/25/14 and was told she spoke with the CFO and COO, becuase the debt was sold to collections there was nothing they could do; the purchase was a special request item and would have had to be returned to the manufacturer but since the order was placed in 2012 that was not an option. [redacted] suggested that we dispute the debt directly with the collections company. We have received several calls, verging on threatening, and faxes from [redacted]r at [redacted]. Sales rep continues to call after being told to remove us from the call list. They have been told we have no interest in their products.I have told the sales rep to remove us from their calling list as we will not be making any purchases from them. Desired Settlementno settlement requestedBusiness Response We only do business with government offices or corporations so we do not have "call lists" of private individuals. I would need more information about where these calls are going to figure out who we are actually calling. If this is a government office, which I infer it is by her library email address, then she is working at a municipal office and that is public information and is not on a call list. As an employee of that public entity she may not want to do business with us but the employee that will replace her someday might so we continue to call on government offices indefinitely.
