Incessant solicitation despite numerous requests to cease and desist from contact The sales reps will use any tactic they can find to circumvent protocol up do and including contacting the Executive Director of our library systemThis despite repeated requests to stop callingIt is impossible to call them because they do not have a manned phone lineApparently they don't like to have unwanted calls interrupting their day
