Where will take place if he no longer has a shop to work in?? As far as the hinge imprints are concerned; he never told us they were going to show.? After the work was completed, the hinge imprints showed and we were told there was nothing he could do about it.? So our biggest concern is the staining and finishing is coming off and how is he going to fix that without having a controlled environment? as well as? the frequency of his no shows or last minute cancellations.? I would first like to say their business has been closed and the customer has been notified of this closing back in septAs for the complaint of the finish being a issue, I don't disagree that something has caused a problem with the clear coat on the cabinets and window trimI am open to
working out a repair of the clear coat issue with no refund involvedI will have to do the repairs in spring when the temps and humidity are at a decent level, as I no longer have a shop I can do them inAs per the last door quality issue, this is the first time I have heard of this problem, there for I will need to look at the door to better understand what they are referring toFor the corner doors and old hinge imprints, these have already been approved by customer, but to help out with the delay in time the customers have been out, I will be willing to supply new hinges that may open cabinet doors widerThe I'm prints have been approvedI am not approving any type of refund at this timeI am approving the repairs of above stated problem areas.Thank you
