I need a refund due to a personal and family emergency that has come up. I have sent countless emails and text messages to this company. But I received no response whatsoever. I should receive a refund regardless of my situation. I could use the money towards medical bills right now. I've found that I can't take these classes because of a personal situation. I won't be in the right state of mind to take these courses and I refuse to continue to pay for them. I'm not happy that I have not received a response even though they claim to be "virtual" and "available."
