I am rejecting this response because: we have asked him to come out many timesThey came out after the roofing was done to fix the leakSaid it was doneIt was never fixed to my satisfactionThis has been going on for many years and *** says he will send someone out and it never happensThis is why this has gone on for so longHe never comes to fix it just says we will be thereNEVER HAPPENS

We have asked repeatedly for proof of service regarding any claim of warranty, ( original contract, invoice or guarantee) additionally it appears this claim has been grossly ignored, according to the claim, this leak has been going on for several years and would disqualify the guarantee that...
otherwise would be honored because in our written guarantees it States "TO NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY UPON NOTICE OF ANY LEAKS). there are several additional issues that concerns us , example in the five years she claims we installed the roof our Guarantee excludes acts of God, IE Hail and Wind storms exceeding normal conditions and we only offer up three year Guarantees, However in some cases we have on occasion offered five years labor guarantees for an additional fee.
