Yes the city inspection was resolved thru our own effortThere was no assistance from JB whatsoeverThe inspection was completed Sept after a series of calls, back and forth, with the CityJB called back Sept calmly telling me it was resolvedI told him "YES, we resolved it by ourselves"He told me that he was on vacation, that he had somebody took over for him while on a break, that he's no tech savvy to facilitate inspection scheduling online, etcI told him that's from July to Sept, that he didn't take time to respond back by text, phone, emailDuring that time frame,I told him there are cross **ints chipping off and cracks on our concrete, the biggest crack is by the backyard access door He told me he's going to drop by sometime to see thoseHe came by first week of OctI showed him the chipping off, he said " I don't know what happened to that"And to the cracks he said "it happens"I compared my other concrete that's been there for the last years without crackHe started using 3000, concrete jargon to meAnyway, end of story, he told me to CALL him if there is an obvious further deterioration of the cracksI have already recommended him to few of my friends shortly after the project completion out of good willI'll let my friends be the judge to his work when they come to visit meThank you

Yes the city inspection was resolved thru our own effort. There was no assistance from JB whatsoever. The inspection was completed Sept 21 after a series of calls, back and forth, with the City. JB called back Sept 27 calmly telling me it was resolved. I told him "YES, we resolved it by ourselves". He told me that he was on vacation, that he had somebody took over for him while on a break, that he's no tech savvy to facilitate inspection scheduling online, etc. I told him that's from July to Sept, that he didn't take time to respond back by text, phone, email. During that time frame,I told him there are cross **ints chipping off and cracks on our concrete, the biggest crack is by the backyard access door.
