Elaine provided my staff (Grades Pre-K - 8 public school teachers and support staff) with ongoing professional development throughout the 2015 - 2016 school year. Her focus on stress reduction for both teachers and students and introduction of movement in the classroom was a refreshing shift in addressing the challenges of working in an urban district. Many of our teachers have implemented her strategies and we plan to expand her stress reduction techniques for our students in every classroom in the fall.

Ms. S[redacted] came to our company and did a Learn over Lunch program regarding stress management. We are a health care organization dealing with clients who have experienced traumatic, life changing, events. Ms. S[redacted] tailored her program to stress relief, how to bring humor into our practice, and how to be empathetic with humor. Our CEO even commented, \"This was the best learn over lunch program we have ever had. It was much needed.\" Ms. S[redacted] had evidence to back up her techniques. She was able to engage all the participants with functional activities we can carryover day to day. I highly recommend her!
