Review: [redacted] of Creative Solutions delivered 30 marble tiles on May *, 2013, that were the wrong item, and all 30 looked like they were damages from previous jobs. I called her the next day after inspection and wanted them picked up and new ones brought. She never delivered the new tile or picked up the old. She said she credited me on May [redacted] for $488.00 back to my Visa. Never received the credit. [redacted] said she would mail out a check that morning, June [redacted]. July [redacted] still no check. July [redacted] said she will drop it in my mailbox on the way home. No check. July [redacted] said she would drop it off, no check. July [redacted] claims the check will be dropped off tonight, no check. July [redacted] apologized and said she would put it in mailbox later that day, no check. Claims someone will come to pick up the tile July [redacted] and give me cash. It never happened and [redacted] said they couldn't make it but will droop off my check that night after 9pm. No check. July **, I told her I am done and want cash by the end of the week and to pick a day and time she could stick with. Her answer was Friday July **, 12:00pm. Never came, claims stuck in traffic then car accident. Next appointment, said she would drop off under door mat 7/** in the morning, got sidetracked. Unbelievable. Her last attempt was August [redacted] 10:00-10:30 to pick up tile and drop off cash. Never happened. [redacted] is unprofessional and a pathological liar. I have been accommodating and patient. I have even suggested that we meet somewhere to settle this. It is a shame that someone in business cannot keep her word and/or the appointment that she made herself. All I want is my money back. I have since had to pay for other tile that she couldn't seem to get.Desired Settlement: $488.00 Cash. I should request more for time wasted and favors from people that I had to arrange to meet her while I was on vacation. I just want her out of my life. Customers should also know what they are getting into if they hire her.

The address is her business address. Attached is her business card that has an email address and her phone number. I never received an invoice with her address on it. She just recently contacted me, on August [redacted], through text asking for my address to send a money order out this week. Never received it and probably never will. Stalling for time as usual. If I get the check I will let you know.

Review: We paid Ms. [redacted] (owner of [redacted] by [redacted]) a fee of $1500 in 3/2013 for utilizing her services of getting a discount towards kitchen cabinets, tiles, counters.... Basically, the $1500 was paid to get her discount for our kitchen renovation items mentioned above. She failed to do this. She gave us names of only 2 manufacturers for kitchen cabinets.. one of which we said no because the cabinets were made in China. She refused to give us additional manufacturers to choose from for cabinets. So we got our own cabinets elsewhere. She said she could get discounts on the backsplash tile we chose.. she said she couldn't. We got our own tiles. She said she could get our countertops we chose for $4900.. after dealing with delays with scheduling templating, 3 weeks later, she said she misquoted and we were on our own for cabinets. So, she basically didn't deliver any discounts. She agreed to repay $1000 of the $1500 to my husband (I disagreed.. I didn't think she should keep any of the $1500.. but let my husband deal with her). After a couple of bounced checks, she refunded $600 and still owes us $500. We have been trying to get this since the beginning of July. She claims she left 2 money orders (1 for $500 and 1 for $600) in our mailbox.. I rec'd the $600.. there was no other money order in our mailbox. She stuck it all the way in the back without an envelope. She claims we lost the $500. We said there was only 1, but fine, replace it. She claims she has a receipt for the $500 and is waiting for the post office to search for the missing money order. We asked her for proof.. asked her for a copy of the receipt, and if she produced it, we would be willing to wait. Gave us one excuse after another.. and then stopped responding to our text messages asking for the receipt. She is highly incompetent.. she dint' deliver her discounts on anything we requested. She is highly unprofessional in her dealing with us.. gave us a couple checks that bounced..Desired Settlement: I would now like to get the full $1500 back. She owes us $900 (she already refunded $600). She didn't deliver on any of the promised discounts. She caused us massive construction delays since we her templating person didn't show up 2x's and then she said we were on our own because she couldn't give us the price she promised. We had to scramble and find our own template person and counters. This caused a 3 week delay in construction!

Response:

The [redacted] paid a $1500 retainer for me to do a kitchen

layout, which is enclosed. I also priced out cabinets for them, which they did

not like I went back and forth with them for weeks, they took my same and my

ideas and went elsewhere. Then I tried to help them with counter top and select

a back splash. I went everywhere for them. The price was what it was, lard

kitchen, Mrs. [redacted] drove me crazy, I would not make her happy. I decided to

refund her there on granite which they have. I refunded then $600 from the

fifteen hundred. Which left a leftover of $900.000 for my services. Drawings –

driving all over to help select. They had me do drawings over 3 times which

they have. I picked out all materials they were never happy. I could not world

with them I cancelled working with then and gave them back what they needed. I

also have invoice enclosed, I feel I did the right thing.

Also any delays were not due to me. I cancelled working with

Mrs. [redacted], I could not make her happy. Please see enclosed drawings, and

invoice.
