I have been appalled by how this company has handled thingsI initially moved to rent with the intent to buy in my areaI moved to an area that was highly sought, and I was desperateThe day I was to move in, I called the company about my house rental, and they "forgot" to look at, clean, and address the house of the previous renter, despite me having all my things loaded and ready to move in the home I was promisedIt was a week later, with things in a rental truck, all my utilities on, which they were using, that they finally made my home livableI was not reimbursed for anythingIn the meantime, I have had multiple issues in my rental home, and out of of them have I gotten a positive response onceI have rented from many different places In my lifetime, and NEVER have I come across such appalling, unprofessional workflow and people I'm so thankful to no longer be affiliated with this company, and I feel compelled to shared my story, because it made my life SO miserable

One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever had to deal with. They don't uphold their agreements. Extremely difficult to work with. I waited 2 hours because they were supposed to show my house and never showed up. They actually lied and showed it the day before without my permission (thank God for nosey neighbors). So if you're ready for a rental nightmare, they're the company for you. They also wouldn't fix our appliances that they furnished us with (I.e. Garbage disposal). Walls are falling in in some of the bathrooms, but they wouldn't send anyone to even look at it. 3 weeks without air conditioner before someone was sent out to look at it. It's been a nightmare for sure.
