Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:i have contacted the company twice by email and at least twice by phone with absolutely no resolution whatsoever They keep giving me excuse after excuse It has now come to my attention that one of the issues with this lawnmower, the gas tank leaking, now has a recall for this specific issue So a known issue with a recall and they still want me to call? How about guaranteeing either a replacement lawnmower or refunding the money so I can go buy a lawnmower that actually works Regards, [redacted] ***
