This is the worst reseller of [redacted] product I ever seeIn July I bought original cable to [redacted] **Today in April I went to this store make warranty claim because I found that rubber on the cable has lot of cracksCreative Technology refused make this claim because they said that [redacted] will charge them money for thatThey did not care even I said that this cable is unsafe if charger will broke and 120V will go to [redacted] I called to [redacted] Inc and customer service said to me that this cable should be replace under warranty and this is duty of the dealer(creative technology) [redacted] offer me that they send new cable via mailSo please do not go to this store to buy something because later you can have problem with warranty claim there if something happen to your "toy"

As a long-time customer of Burlington's Creative Technology since the store first opened on Fairview in 2001, I have always been fully satisfied with the excellent products I have purchased from them through the years, and cannot speak highly enough of the helpful, knowledgable, reliable service they provide, and the personal, painstaking, polite and patient attention they so readily give to their customersAll in all, Creative Technology is a boon to Burlington, and we are extremely fortunate to have them
