this matter has been resolved been to the home times found nothing wrong with washer dryer had broken knob replaced knob , said making noise ,no noise when tech was first there or second owner went out adjusted cabinet fixed noise issue call back on dryer they had broken the timer replaced timer and have not heard back we are more than happy to take care of any issuedid not block any calls techs use there personal cell phones all calls must go thru office thank you? Mr [redacted] did come into the store on November 5, to purchase a refrigerator? We are a used appliance store, he was never told the refrigerator he was looking at was new.Mr [redacted] picked out the refrigerator stating he knew it was too big for the space but would take care of that issue and remove the cabinet above where it goes.When my delivery guys delivered the refrigerator he tried to get them to remove the cabinet from the kitchen which is against company policy for them to do.He also told the delivery men that he wanted the old refrigerator taken away because it no longer worked ( [redacted] only purchases old working refrigerators)? While the delvery men where at the customers home a call was made to the store by Mr [redacted] about the refrigerator being too big? At that time, he was told that we would look for another refrigerator to replace it with that was smaller and he agreed? We have his refrigerator that he purchased and his old refrigerator here at the store? He was told we would bring the old refrigerator back to him however he would need to pay another delivery charge? In the meantime the customer has made several phone calls into the store accusing the delivery men of stealing the refrigerator? He also had a gentleman call the store claiming to be a police officer that was? ordering us to bring his refrigerator back? The office would not identify himself nor give us a badge number? He was told that this was a civil matter and he could not order us to do anything

Dear Revdex.comHis complaint is totally untrue First of all we are a used appliance store There is not mistaken that since we have appliances from one year old to years old The customer knew the refrigerator he was purchasing was used and that is was too big for the space and said he would take care of that issue "no problem" My delivery men only remove appliances from the home that are coming back to the shop as haul aways If he didn't want them to take it the item would not of left the home at all It is untrue that he left and the refrigerator was gone The customer even tried to help load it He was told that we would find another refrigerator that would fit his space, which we did the same day.There is no need for our delivery guys to steal anything, we have contracts that bring in over a day The customer was aware of the no refund policy and signed the bottom of the sales ticket stating he understood this policy.There will be no refund We have both refrigerators here for him to pick up free of charge or he can pay the delivery fee to have them delivered back to his home

Complaint ID *** (*** *** ***)Dear Revdex.comIf it ain't one thing it's another with them now it's the washer doesn't hardly work properly making strange as if it's not working right or function correctly as normally doesn't work takes a long extra time to start and never on each cycle first it was two working and one not, now it one not and # workingI don't know it keeps going back and forth, between the washer, dryer goes hand and hand by taken turns simply not working right I'm tired of it what else can they go do about it exchange, refund smh it's been problem after problem with both of them unbareable to not know how long that it's simply going to work and how long? What can they go do to help? Resolve this issue? How do they know it's not going to go give out soon? Why would they sell things on the floor without testing it and making sure it's working before selling a product machine that hardly works clearly that they came up, out and tried it like 6, times already problem not resolvedThe loud noise sounds like thunder it's so loud it feels like as if it's going to snap break open or shut off cut off @ any given time frame not all of the cycles working took videos of it several times they also didn't help it, just took it apart beat it with a hammer for 15-mins to force it to try to make it work right, and it's still not working right or correctly like it should go be they both have major problems and still needs to be (illegible word) to or dealt with or something simply get's to give or happen I really needed this fixed or to act right for me I paid my money for this to work I expect it to go work half very right decent for me not to many problems, (illegible word ) issues, concerns please write back to me and let me go know as if what they could go do to help this matter this has to be handled way better signed *** ** *** ###-###-####6/29/18The circumstances need to be address the situation needs to be tend to.Thanks support team

Dear B.B.B.I went to this place of business as stated, I did not know it was only a used storeIf I had knowed it was a used store I would not have considered buying itI did try to get the men to take down my cabinate, I asked them they refusedO.Kno problemthey took my old refrigerator with out my consentI asked them to set my old one in back of my pick up truckThey were loading the one they broughtIn the meantime I left before them to see if I could find if they had a smaller oneShe told me she would get me oneShe didn't have one at timeMy old one run but wouldn't shut offWhen I got back home my old frig was goneI wanted to put my food in it and use it in the drive waySince they took my old frig I lost a lot of food, also I take insulin I don't know if its contaminated or noThey first said I gave my frig to them? Why would I give two (2) strong men $frig? Also the policeman was for realThey have lied a hundred times, you may no believe meI would not lie I am a retired minister I know what a lie can do.I had to call her because she kept lying to meThe policeman asked them to bring it back and they told him they would for $the next dayI do not know the officers nameI hope you can read this
