Mark Horan, Creative Tree Care ,has serviced e and my neighbors for several years He is well known to all of us He started my job and worked several days Job was not completed As he was well know and had done my trees for three or four years, I trusted him When he said he was in need of money and ask for advance, I was sure he could be trusted WRONG!! After I advanced him the money he never returned to finish the job Its been two weeks and I am now havin to pay another company to finish the job
