Review: On Dec. **, 2015, I paid Creative Web Setup "CWS" $4,999 to provide me with the tools to setup an E-commerce (work from home internet business). The details of the agreement state that they will provide an Entity Setup and a Business Plan. This is now Feb. * 2016 and I still have no idea what an entity setup is (because I have never seen one) and the only business plan that I have seen is a cheap copy of a marketing plan that does not have a specific plan for my business, but is an overall marketing plan that any company in the world could claim. I could have copied this "business plan" off of the internet myself. For $4,999 I would think that they could put a plan together for my specific business. This is nothing but a scam. I have tried to rectify this situation with them, and have left numerous messages to try and resolve this, but they have disappeared off the face of the earth and will not contact me. I called my credit card company and disputed the said $4,999 with them and they proceeded to call Creative Web themselves for a 3-way call to try to settle this claim. A girl answered the phone (finally) and proceeded to yell at me and threatened me that they had all documentation and recorded phone calls to back up their claim that they provided what they said, then she hung up on me. Myself and my credit card company were left on the line and he stated that they would most definitely go ahead with the dispute. This conversation was recorded by my credit card company. As for Creative Web, I hope they recorded my conversations because they never told me they were recording, and that would be another nail in their coffin. I have sat down with a business lawyer in my area and showed him the agreement and the "business plan" and in his words, "its all hogwash and cheap crap that anyone could have printed." He went on to tell me that its plain that I had made a very bad decision in putting my trust in this company. Creative Web works with other "scam" companies which I am also disputing and filing complaints about because they all work together as "professionals" when they are just some really good scam artists that have perfected the game.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund from Creative Web Setup asap.

Review: This "company" used deception to obtain my business. They are suspect of "hacking" info from [redacted] in order to contact new [redacted] and offer them services while presenting themselves as part of a team of experts from another more reputable organization which IS actually associated with [redacted]. They persuaded me to sign contracts, provide credit card information, domain names and passwords, while pretending to know and work with the [redacted] Associates Marketing team I had already been working with in the few short days I had contracted with them. "Creative Web Setup" has no business license info available on the business licensing data bases in any of the states they have addresses listed on their contracts. They would not provide that info over the phone either (though it is public information). They sent me poor quality documents claiming they were personalized business plans which were actually catalogs of business equipment and children's toys which had no relationship with [redacted]. They sent me a business plan which was also poor quality, non-relevent, outdated and obviously a cut and paste name inserted document that was mass produced and certainly not worth more than $2.00 USD. They have attempted to hack into my current web business back office account and my [redacted] Associates back office account and in doing so, have locked me out 3 times in one month. I have filed complaints with several local, state, and federal agencies in order to have this "business" properly investigated & shut down. Creative Web Setup provided no products or services as documented in our contract but continue to pursue moneys from my credit card company $4995.00. They are also associated with 3 other companies, "[redacted]"; "[redacted]," and "[redacted]" When you call the phone numbers listed on these company web sites, all the phone numbers lead back to [redacted], and "[redacted]" from "[redacted]"Desired Settlement: I want "Creative Web Setup" and all its associated businesses "[redacted]"; "[redacted]," and "[redacted]" investigated for fraud and for them to stop Pursuing Money from me. Total Refund.
