Proposal signed and money paid $9,(half down, half upon completion)11/25/for cabinets to be completed for my kitchen remodel Due date verbally agreed upon 3/1/but he said he would be ready in January or February *** was called by our contractor the week before demolition scheduled for 2/26/and *** said he would be ready with the cabinets Met with him at his place of business 3/4/per his request No cabinets completed Wood cut out Met with him 3/9/per his request only one cabinet box put together Spoke with him on a regular basis with him saying every time the cabinets would be ready "next week" "its taking longer than I thought" Met with him again 5/11/ No staining completed No shelves or drawers completed No pull out drawers for bottom cabinets completed Lazy Susan's not installed *** was supposed to deliver the cabinets fully stained and completed upon our return from vacation on 5/22/ He cancelled delivery
