Dear Revdex.com representative,Prior to receiving this note from you we had already attempted to help [redacted] and contacted her by email and by phone Monday Morning 10am, however she has not respondedWe received this notice from your system at 1:30pm [redacted] has not responded [redacted] *** re: [redacted] ­­­ NY License # [redacted] ###-###-####We would sincerely like to assist [redacted] so please ask her to kindly provide a copy of the invoice she was given from Ruges where she had the repair performed so we can match that up with other evidence to resolve the question she hadPlease provide a copy of the invoice from Ruges Chrysler Dodge.In the mean time we will continue to support her in any way we can, our nationwide warranty covers all repairs performed by simply calling the toll free support line on the invoice where she signed and if a consumer needs assistance the technicians on the toll free line will review with the consumers licensed technician repair facility the issue and pay them immediately and directly so there should be no out of pocket costs for verified necessary repairsThis insurance we provide covers all repairs performed by us is backed by [redacted] Should a customer have an issue the toll free number can resolve it before any additional work is required on the consumers partBatteries, Tires, and certain other parts are covered by the manufacturer of those parts per their terms conditions and contractsWe look forward to resolving your concerns

[redacted] ***, We have tried many times to call you but you have not been able to accept the calls to issue your refund.We are so sorry that there was some confusion with thisAfter some investigation we found that the sticker printed by the sales persons terminal was in error and he used the wrong coding when he generated your invoiceAs you know the service facility you were towed to advised you that you had a electronic system problem on your new Dodge Ram and our discussions with their tech confirmed this was unrelated to any work ever performedWe called you many times to explain this however you were unable to take the call so we could offer you the refund for the confusion our salesperson causedOur technician advised us he changes oil on these trucks frequently, we have large national fleet customers who come to us because we stock the VM Motori approved MS-5wsynthetic oil and that is what he usedThe dealer confirmed to us they had no way of knowing so they sold you an oil change which was unfortunate, please in the future just contact us directly.The sticker and invoice are generated by the sales person who in this case stated he was busy so he clicked on the first line item he sawThe computer does not automatically put the oil in the engine, fortunately an experienced human looks at the engine and an application chart based on the engine code and vinDue to the employees clerical error, the paperwork and sticker in this case does not reflect what he usedWe were glad to hear that your emissions system problem was covered by the manufacturers warranty and that the oil in your engine was the correct typeYou should be equally pleased to receive your refund, please call the store so they can issue you creditIn the future it is much better to simply call the manager to resolve these questions much more easily than using a third party, it would have been fixed up in minutesWe also perform repairs on these new FCA Chrysler Dodge vehicles as we have a Dodge factory provided Toughboook Micropod OEM Laptop diagnostic and programming system for oem diagnosis on all new vehicles Don't forget that our nationwide warranty is a benefit we pay a licensed insurance company to support our customers with toll free service - if you experience a warranty issue and require service the licensed approved mechanic simply calls the toll free number and receives payment directly so you have no out of pocket expensesThese lines are staffed by ASE Master Certified Technicians who can ensure you are getting the correct service while you travel out of the areaGlad we were able to helpSincerely Yours, Customer Servicere

We also note the plug is not the oil drain plug that firestone removed, it is an accessory plugIt seems like there we will have to look further into this and investigate the relationships between some of the information obtainedWe also note the oil pan had the drain plug intactIts something we will need to look into to try to help youLets try to find out a few things and the relationships involved

Revdex.com: I still want my refundI dont believe anyone needs to be relieved from their jobIts a costly mistake, but I just dont think the front desk handled that situation correctly.

Dear *** ***, It will be no problem, there is no owner, it is a corporation, however the employee at the front desk should have helped youWe will see about releasing that employee from their job based upon your complaintUnder the terms of our guarantee they should have simply cared for you
right there and looked into your questionIt appears there is some technical explanation however it is not worth having a good customer like you feeling dissatisfiedPlease call the manager who will make the adjustment for you and listen to your concernsIn the future please contact the manager directly with any issues and they will care for them right awayOur company wants every customer to be happy and have a great experienceIf our employee who was paid to deliver perfect service failed they will be held accountableWe are so sorry the employee did not do what you told them to do but we will make it right for you. I responded to them with an email and no response as of yet. When my money is credited it will be satisfactory. 
I'm sending you the bill from Ruge's  that clearly states on the oil change sticker what oil you put in my truck. Your argument was that this did not cause the problem. That's fine, however, putting the wrong oil in there can not be ignored, especially if it could have caused serious damage. And I did have to pay to get another oil change, that can not be ignored. I find very irresponsible that your people would ignore what is written down for the truck. I am self employed and that truck is my business. If something happens to that truck I can not work. Maybe a $50,000.00 truck isn't a big deal to you, but it is to me. I work hard for that and my money, and I trusted you to make sure it was taken care of...that didn't happen.So if you can just refund the money that would be great[redacted]
