We made complaints to the front office about services provided and expectations from the day care
My daughter attended days of day-care at CWLC
* Report Cards (aka My Day) just indicated that our daughter was being changed/fedNo other work with her was being communicated homeInsufficient communication
* Caregivers did not greet me when I dropped off my daughter to the daycare one morning
* Wife did not approve of the way that diapers were being changed on our daughter
* No artwork / activities appeared to be done with our child during her time because it was not documented on her report card that was sent home every day

We have worked with this family several times to straighten outAfter our investigation with *** we found out that the family was trying to get out of our agreement due to an opening in the Child care center at the school district that charges a reduced rate that
they had been on a waiting list forThey had paid weeks up front to us for child care in the amount They used our services for week and was charged We refunded weeks in the amount of on 8/26/They were charged for one week for no notice of issuesNo issues arose until they started asking for a refundThe mother had indicated all was good until Friday when they gave us notice of leaving then all the concerns arose Our agreement states to provide weeks notice of leaving our centerWe follow the state standards for changing diapers and the parent never instructed us to do it a different wayAt enrollment time we meet with the parents and go over feeding, and any recommendations that the parent has in connection to the care of their childThe mom did not fill in the paper work or communicate to us any special needsOur aka My Days only provide feeding times, amount fed, what was fed, diaper changes and times and type of movementAll activities and art work, and curriculum projects is provided at week end for Monday pick upThe parents never returned to pick up the babies activity itemsThese issues were lack of communication on the parents and we need to do better with communicating and asking the right questions of the parents.I met with the Mom when I gave her the refund, we went over her account statement and the agreement and she was fine when she left.Thanks for the follow up, *** ***, VP/OwnerCreative World Learning Center Austin, Inc*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *
