CreativeHaus prides itself on excellent customer service and offering a service that is unlike any other We have helped thousands of businesses get off the ground by offering low monthly fees versus the many thousands up front Our team are responsive, courteous and act in a professional manner, always However, like all businesses, we can't avoid the customer that we can't do right by.Unfortunately Ms [redacted] fails to listen, respond to emails or any other form of communication All of our communication is logged by Zendesk, and so her claims that we don't respond are simply untrue CreativeHaus operates on a subscription model Rather than you paying costly up front fees, we charge a small monthly fee per month We built Ms [redacted] an amazing looking website here [redacted] and are awaiting her to provide us content so that we can update the 'Latin' (not French) placeholder text As Ms [redacted] stated, she is too busy to supply us with the content.Ms [redacted] asks us regularly to pause her account, usually when her monthly billing goes through, this isn't the first time Her requests are akin to calling your mobile service provider and ask them to pause billing because you don't use your phone that much each month Unfortunately this is just not our business model.We are confident that any logical minded business owner will see through the lunacy of this complaint
