I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
Regards,
*** *** *** *** has accused me since day one of being on his property (fence) looking
into his yardFirst of all, his boat was taller than his fence, that is how I first saw itI have the pictures to prove itThen I saw it from streets overI have attached the rule stating it can not be seen from neighbors and a picture showing it being seen from streets overI had a private meeting with all of the HOA board members asking them to quit harassing me, especially *** *** and his wife ***I have all of the feeds printed out showing that they were talking about getting a bunch of people to confront me at my house, that would be a threat made from *** *** (HOA President's wife). I never stepped on ***'s property until the night they would not leave me alone on the FB pageI walked down to their house, knocked on their door, and asked them to leave me alone and quit bullying me. My neighbor *** even asked the *** to leave me alone on the FB community page They immediately told me to get off of their property, which I did*** then bump chested me while I was on the sidewalk, which is not their propertyI never touched her*** did call the police on me and I talked to the police myself and they did nothingThey said it was not really a dispute*** did video the whole thing and I had on my voice recorder recording it all I also have a trespass notice I filled out at the police station against *** and *** and they refused to sign it when it was delivered to their houseThe last time I contacted the Revdex.com about this HOA Management, *** accused me of targeting a family in our neighborhoodNow they are saying they never said that, well the proof is with you This is what this HOA does; blame everyone else when they are breaking the rules for our HOA board members in our neighborhoodLike I said, I have more than enough proof of how this HOA management is picking and choosing which rules to follow*** *** did put her hands on me and told me to leave when I did nothing wrongAnd if I was such a problem in their office, why didn't *** or *** call the police on me? Because I did nothing wrongI have so much more proof to give you, but it will not let me attach anymore

Our office did not instruct Certified Recovery to contact this former owner in Cobblestone Cove.  Upon learning of their contact with this former owner who does not have a balance with the association, we contacted Certified Recovery and advised them to cease contacting this person, that...

this person does not owe money to Cobblestone Cove and that collection services were terminated in May of 2017.  the contact with this former resident is clearly an error on the part of Certified Recovery and we acted immediately to assist her by addressing heir inappropriate contact with her.  We advised her yesterday that she does not owe money to the association and that we would take immediate action on her behalf, so it is puzzling as to why she would file a complaint on the office that took action to assist her with wrongful contact by someone outside our office and outside our control.I trust that this information is helpful to her.Kind Regards,C[redacted] R[redacted]HOA Community Management

Regards,
[redacted] This HOA Management are the ones changing the rules for certain people. Not sure what part of can't be seen from street or neighbors that they do not understand. No misinterpretation there. This HOA Management is now accusing me of calling the police on board members for just walking the street. I would love for them to show me this police report on that, but the HOA Management will not be able to provide that because it never happened. They also accused me of climbing [redacted]'s fence to see his boat. The boat is taller than his fence and can be seen from 2 streets over and every house around him. You can see it plain as day through the fence.  I would love to see the proof of me climbing his fence as well. The HOA Management has also accused me of "targeting" one family in this neighborhood. That family violated our no parking on the street rule for over 4 years. HOA Management did nothing about it.

Our office takes directive from the [redacted] HOA Board of Directors and absolutely may not enforce rules which are misinterpreted by individual members of the association.  The Board has attempted to communicate with Ms. [redacted] without success, as has our office.  Her latest allegations of physical assaults which have not occurred will be addressed by the association's attorney, as this is a highly offensive accusation intended to cast doubt on the reputations of the individuals being accused.  This response serves as our final response to Ms. [redacted]'s continual disagreement with her community's rules and regulations. Best Regards,[redacted]HOA Community Management

We just want everyone to follow our rules. We do not want the rules interpreted anymore to benefit others. We want the boat removed from our HOA Presidents house as I have shown in our rules that boats and trash cans can not be seen from streets/neighbors. We know neighbors who were told they could not store their boats or watercrafts at their house, so now we are asking the HOA remove the boat. Boats are in the same category as cars and campers. We do not want to see campers and cars in backyards either. Which one neighbor had to remove his car from his backyard. So we are asking that the rules stay the same and no changes for certain people. We want the trash cans removed. They tried to change this rule also to say you can conceal trash cans behind bushes, which that didn't last long. We asked that people finally be towed that are always breaking our no parking on the street rule. We also would like to see that the other people in our neighborhood are told to maintain the property behind their fence line. We seem to be the only one that got that letter from the HOA. We just want everyone to be treated the same and improve the neighborhood so our property values go up. We have also been asking for over 5 years for our street signs and stop signs to be fixed. Almost all of them look like they are going to completely fall over. We have also never had a street sign for the beginning of our neighborhood at the main road since we moved here 5 1/2 years ago. #1 Boats & trailers removed permanently#2 Trash cans removed out of sight.#3 Cars towed away for constantly breaking our rules.#4 Need a street sign at our neighborhood entrance and main road#5 Fix all of our stop signs and street signs from falling over

I just want our rules followed. I am tired of all of the lies being told about me from both the HOA Management and the HOA Board Members. We want all of our street signs and stop signs fixed that I informed them about over 4 years ago. We want a street sign at our main road and neighborhood street. We want the boat removed as said in our rules that boats can not be seen from neighbors and street. We want all of the trash cans removed that are not supposed to be in sight of neighbors and streets. We are tired of being given excuses of why they are allowing some people to break the rules. We want cars to finally be towed away that have been abusing our rules for no parking on the street. We want people to be treated the same way. Notices should go out to many people in our neighborhood to maintain their property behind their fence, not just me. These are examples of the rules that not everyone are having to comply. Well we want that to stop. This HOA management made these rules for us and we want them to stick to it and not change the rules for anyone. We want our rules followed and violations and repairs fixed. But they are causing fighting over allowing our HOA President to have a boat, which is a violation because it can be seen from about 20 houses and 2 streets over. Nobody has to jump on their fence to see a speed boat, especially since it was taller than the fence. Last but not least, I want an apology from the HOA Management for spreading untruths about me and trying to degrade me name.
