At this time, I have been contacted directly by U.SAuto School regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I was contacted by a person named Kimberly last week and she told me she would be in contact this past Friday May ***She did not call me or resolve the issueShe did not leave a number where she can be reachedThis is extremely frustrating as I do want the money this company took from me without fulfilling their contract In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

On March [redacted] 2016, I paid Livia, an employee at the U.S.Auto Driving school, $189, for the hour class and the road test service (schedule for Tuesday, May ***, at pm inwhich the driver was suppose to meet me at 11:45am to provide a lesson and tske to and from the dicers test site in Starrett City)along with a lesson she said was mandatory for me to pay for and take, by [redacted] law, before ge actual drivers testI scheduled the test online myself in which she was awareI even came in after that inquirying about lessonsOn the day of the road test, I called to see when the driver was coming and very non-chalantly, and carelessly, Livia stated that I would have to reschedule my drivers test I waited two months to takeI asked her why repeatedly because she kept laughing to her co-workers and hanging up the phone on meShe eventually told me that it was because I scheduled the drivers test myself online, when that doesn't even matterI asked why she would take my money and not inform me of that, even after I spokebto her after that and she couldnt provide an answer because she wasted my tume and money deliberatelyI asked to speak to a managerShe kept pretending to be the highest manager there and hanging up the phone, until eventually she saw that I was not giving up and said that a " [redacted] "Ms.P***" everyting she did and said, while laughing and behaving very unprofessionally toward me as if she could disrespect me that way and nothing would happen, but I recorded herI told her that I was coming up to the U.SAuto School to talk to "Ms.P***" and she was saying to me that I wouldn't, abd that I wouldn"t doanything about what she did, as though I was a childWhen I arrived I was recording and asked to speak to " [redacted] " and Livia couldn't present a "Ms.P***" to meI asked to speak to the owner and still haven'tThe employees there were very unprofessiona, arguing with me, even after I told them to mind their businessA racist white elderly female, called me a "dog" and kept trying to argue with me even after I told her to mind her businessThiswomen was atleast or older and should know betterA racist white older male, physically assualted me by screaming in my face closely touching mine, pushing and threatening meThere was a long stair case and he was trying to come behind me to push me downHe then tried to take my phone from me and refuse to get out of my faceLivia purposely wasted my time, I paid for, inwhich I was not able to pay another driving school intime to a car for my road test that day and now I have to wait even longer to take the next oneThey should receive every applicable punishment, while paying to my next car lessons and road test service Thank you, and I look forward to this situation being .They wasted my time

A racist white older male, physically assualted me by screaming in my face closely touching mine, pushing and threatening me. He then tried to take my phone from me and refuse to get out of my faceLivia purposely wasted my time, I paid for, inwhich I was not able to pay another driving school intime to a car for my road test that day and now I have to wait even longer to take the next one. They should receive every applicable punishment, while paying to my next car lessons and road test service.  Thank you, and I look forward to this situation being .They wasted my time.
